Albanian monarchs? Are we sure they were all Albanians?
I don't understand how we have the Assen, Victorio Emmanuele, the Balsic and the article is still called List of Albanian monarchs. The article should be called List of Monarchs who ruled Albania, probably.

Scope
If the scope of the article "list of Albanian monarchs" is about "Albanian monarchs" then we can erase much of the article as very few of these figures ever called themselves "monarchs" and some weren't even Albanians. If the scope is "list of Albanian rulers" which corresponds to the content of the article, then the title should be changed. @
Calthinus: we had similar discussion a while ago.--

Maleschreiber: One is still an "Albanian monarch" if they are an ethnic Bulgarian, Frenchman or Martian as long as they are a monarch of an "Albania/Arbanon/Arvan/etc". Best that way. Otherwise we run into tricky questions about ethnicity in medieval times.--

On second thought, this page should be moved. Albanian monarchs is not a large enough list to warrant notability. However, if there is a term that encompasses kings, "princes" (in the "principality" sense i.e. like Russian "princes") and dukes, then that is probably the right thing to do. --
