How did Durocher pronounce his name? The French way (roughly "Due row SHEA")? Some "Americanized" way ("DUE Row sure"/"Due ROW sure"/"DUE Roacher"/"Due ROACHer")? (All caps = primary stress; first letter capitalized = secondary stress.)
I've been wondering about this for a while... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.169.149.207 ( talk) 17:15, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
Durocher played himself, and was accompanied by his wife, in an episode of Screen Directors Playhouse. Episode 17 of Season 1 (1956) was titled “Prima Donna.” It starred Jerome Cowan, Laraine Day, Jeanette MacDonald, Jacqueline DeWit, Jane Darwell, and Alfred Caiazza. The writers were Gene Raymond and Peter Milne. It was directed by David Butler. 96.248.101.32 ( talk) 03:09, 18 January 2018 (UTC)Braithwaite Prendergast
