Latvia Cels figures on the
List of libertarian political parties, but are they really libertarians, strictly speaking? I had a meeting with some of them during a visit to Latvia about 10 years ago, and at that time they struck me as being more conservative than libertarian on a number of issues... --

They are called liberal (but not libertarian) in the terms of Latvian politics - that means, they are liberal in comparison with other Latvian parties =).
