I have tagged this article as needing clean-up because the
lead section contains information that appears nowhere else in the article. The lead section should be a
summary overview of the whole article, not contain details not found elsewhere in the article. As such, the lead should mention that Pakistan considers this organisation to be a terrorist organisation, while the body of the article, below the first heading, should also mention it is a militant organization that is now inactive.
