With regards to the flagged issue that "This list of `famous' or `notable' persons has no clear inclusion or exclusion criteria", I would like to propose the following two criteria: (1) The first threshold of notability is that the person should have a Wikipedia article about them. (2) To be "from Lake City" a person must have been born in Lake City, lived most of their childhood in Lake City, or currently reside in Lake City.
