Did Lago owned the fleet and the refineries?

The "History" section needs a bit of cleanup, as it's unclear whether LOTC owned both the tanker fleer and one refinery (or more). Also, what nationality had this company? Can anyone please help clarify? Thanks & regards, DPdH ( talk) 02:49, 19 April 2014 (UTC) reply
