I've uprated
this version to 'C' class - the article is well-referenced for its length, and contains great supporting materials. I think for 'B' class, it requires only expansion with a few more sections, perhaps including a history of the dessert if available. Kudos to editors of the article so far - it's looking great! —

I've now added the B-class checklist to reflect the above - a couple more well-referenced sections, and I think the article would be ready for B-class and beyond! —

Given the plagiarism issues (see below) with this article, it cannot be upgraded to B-Class until the issues are resolved.
This article had (and may still have) major issues with plagiarism - sentences copied verbatim, directly from their sources. I tried to correct the instances I found. I request the assistance of other editors in fixing this issue. Thank you.
