Kizzy has briefly performed under another artist name, but officialy changed her name back to Kizzy.
On her official website www.Kizzy.nl the last name was deleted and she confirmed this on live radio and tv. — Preceding

I believe that Kizzy McHugh should go back to Kizzy. She has officcially changed it back and is better known as Kizzy. — Preceding

Are you opposing because you think it should be at the current title or do you think it should instead be at something like Kizzy (actress) or something else along these lines?--

Well it shouldn't be at single name according to
WP:NCP
Similarly, don't use a first name (even if unambiguous) for an article title if the last name is known and fairly often used. For example, Oprah Winfrey is the article title, and Oprah redirects there. Only if the single name is used as a true artist's name (stage name, pseudonym, etc.) can the recommendations of Nicknames, pen names, stage names, cognomens below be followed.
Support. As a tv personality and recording artist, she is best known as Kizzy. The name of this page used to be Kizzy and was only changed to Kizzy McHugh for a short moment. I was the one who tried to change the name to Kizzy McHugh at first. But since the news hit, it may be more useful to change it back I guess. Her music is indeed on Amazon.com, Itunes and in all the popular stores, and her new music has come out under the name 'Kizzy'. Without the McHugh. — Preceding

Support. Kizzy McHugh should go back to Kizzy. Kizzy just out out new music under the name Kizzy (the Dutch singer and actress) and has put out music and TV shows under the name Kizzy since her professional career started about 20 years ago. She has only put out one CD under McHugh (those are those singles om Amazon.com). Kizzy is widely known as Kizzy. And as she stated herself "Noone çould get used to McHugh. It was a bad idea". — Preceding

Alternative move

There is enough for a name article. Also propose that if the move goes ahead the Name section is moved up, and the People with the name include section is moved down. Cats and WikiProject Anthroponymy tag to be added.

Support "Kizzy McHugh" is not clearly the wp:primarytopic (The 'Roots' character could be argued being a better candidate). A dab (without superfluous parenthesis) is the best solution.

Support the disamb page move, and no primary topic. Whether "Kizzy McHugh" is right or not for the present "Kizzy" page is not evident from the article, but seems plausible.

Support - now that the disambiguation page has been expanded with a substantial number of additional possibilities, it is no longer apparent that any one of them can be the primary topic of this term.
