Can someone who speaks arabic please research this topic. I know there is a lot more information in arabic. It would be ideal to have someone add content to this article which cannot be found in english.

You are correct but if you add any references from other languages administer editors of wikipedia do not allow them and reject them. This is a big problem with wikipedia. Whoever set the rules for acceptance of articles for mainspace should have separate scientific topics from non-scientific topics and only scientific topics should have this rule of getting referenced from English and allow non English references for non-scientific topics but unfortunately that has not been done so far and so giving references from other languages is not possible. I hope this change is done to help prepare articles for non-scientific subjects with non-English references.
