@ Estopedist1:

I usually try to stick to the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts and the Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Disambiguation pages, but I sometimes make mistakes.

Was there anything wrong about the last version?

@ Fredlesaltique: yeah, formatting monotypic stuff in DAB pages may be not easy one. In this case Kerria (plant) and Kerria japonica goes to the same page. So seemed to be a bad solution before my editing -- Estopedist1 ( talk) 06:07, 24 March 2021 (UTC) reply
good solution may be in Bellardia. Also notifying user:Peter coxhead-- Estopedist1 ( talk) 06:25, 24 March 2021 (UTC) reply
Either way I'm trying to keep with the style consensus, which is that a single blue link should be at the beginning and it should be the same as the article it points to.
I agree that monotypic stuff is difficult. My thinking was, "kerria" is the common name for a plant Kerria japonica and it's also the name of a genus Kerria. So if you're looking for a genus of plants <click here> and if you're looking for a plant <click here>. But I agree, it's a little confusing if you expect a page on the genus and all you find is Kerria japonica. Fredlesaltique ( talk) 07:26, 24 March 2021 (UTC) reply
