"Although, May-Treanor and Walsh deserved to be the #1 seeded team" sounds biased to me... [ [1]]-- Airplaneman ( talk) 23:09, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
Some websites state that she's 6 feet, 2 inches tall rather than 6 feet, 3 inches. Which is correct? Badagnani ( talk) 01:36, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
The external link to her official website goes nowhere. I heard she was remodeling it. But that was back during the games and now it is too long! Jasper Deng ( talk) 02:21, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
kerri walsh is 6 feet 3 inches tall and yes that is correct!!! her partner for vollyball is misty may. she is married to Casey jennings and is pregnet! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.135.217.232 ( talk) 00:45, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
I couldn't figure out how to make the edit myself, but the title of Reference #1 should not include the phrase "She has an eating disorder." This is nowhere in the linked reference and is inappropriate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.171.31.93 ( talk) 13:15, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
Slight disagreement between the two following:
Place of birth Santa Clara, CA, USA Home town Santa Carla, CA, USA
The first being a real place, and the second being what I believe to be the fictional town from the movie "Lost Boys".

I moved these personal details as uncited, please cite and replace, thanks
She is the daughter of Tim and Margie Walsh. Walsh's father, who is six feet, eight inches in height, played minor league baseball with the Oakland A's organization, as well as semi-pro basketball. Her mother was a volleyball MVP at Santa Clara University. Walsh has a brother, Marte, and two sisters, Kelli and KC.
She married Casey Jennings in 2005. In 2009, Walsh gave birth to baby boy named Joseph Michael. Three days before his first birthday, she gave birth to another baby boy named Jordan Thomas.
It's her legal name, she's using it in competition, it's what they're calling her on TV...seems pretty straightforward. I'll move in a day or two if there are no objections. Green-eyed girl ( Talk · Contribs) 18:08, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
Seems I can't move it. The button isn't there. Green-eyed girl ( Talk · Contribs) 17:50, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
The result of the proposal was move per request after being forced to do my own research to corroborate the assertion of use that not one person backed with evidence. Please provide evidence on requested moves.-- Fuhghettaboutit ( talk) 05:47, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
Kerri Walsh → Kerri Walsh Jennings – Per discussion above. I think this could potentially be contentious (it's at least possible to argue that the current title is her WP:COMMONNAME, though I would disagree) so we'll go this road. It looks like the page was move protected four years ago and that protection was never rescinded. Green-eyed girl ( Talk · Contribs) 00:20, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Oppose - Same logic and rationale as Truthanado. Redirect is sufficient. We look at things from a "big picture" point of view, not just "recent" events. -- Education does not equal common sense. 我不在乎 20:03, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi Alicia,
In this version of the article, your edit appears to have a typo. I don't think there's such a thing as a "sand split" (except this one), so I suspect that
"Walsh trained on the sand split between Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach in Los Angeles, California, and..."
was intended to be:
"Walsh trained on the sand spit between Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach in Los Angeles, California, and..."
Am I right? Is that what you meant?
spit. n. A narrow point of land extending into a body of water.
The only problem is that when I look at the beach in Google Earth, there's no spit there. So I'm confused. What did you mean? NCdave ( talk) 02:36, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
Hi, I enjoyed reading this Wikipedia page on Kerri Walsh Jennings but had a few recommendations about the introduction and more. I feel like the first line of a Wikipedia page about an athlete should fully encase their success and abilities, and the first sentence of Walsh Jennings' Wikipedia page is very lackluster. Although being a professional American beach volleyball player is amazing in and of itself, I think it would also be important to mention in the first line that she is a three time Olympic Gold Medalist. I realize this is mentioned later on, but I also think it is important to put in the first sentence because when someone is looking her up, that is one of the first things they should know. I also noticed that no where did it mention that she is currently the career leader, ranked number one that is, in both career victories (133) and in career winnings (2,542,635), in the Beach Volleyball Database. [1] I think this is significant and current information that people would enjoy knowing about Walsh Jennings. This information would even fit well in the introduction and make it even more interesting. These are just a few suggestions I have for this already great page. Thanks. -- JacquelynSkoch ( talk) 22:14, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
