It's almost as though WP articles about games take it that those who do not know all the details are beyond the pale. This had no link to Contract bridge and it quotes Ramsey without a hint of who that might refer to. A Google search gave a Guy Ramsey as a bridge-spouter, but who knows?--

I suspect that it's a reference to the same person and book which appears first in the list of References, but I agree that it should be made explicit. I'll leave it to the article's creator to change it, as he is the one who knows for sure. The link to contract bridge would be better ealier, for the first use of the word "bridge", in the initial sentence of the article. JH (

ref to Ramsey now given; it had already been given at the end of the intro. New articles take some time to settle down, and that applies to all subject-matters.

Identity
Konstam is not identified by the Library of Congress (no
LCCN), hence not at
WorldCat (no auto-generated homepage, as we link in the footer of most English-language writer biographies).
Direct search at WorldCat seems to hit works by this Kenneth Konstam and no other. Identification of distinct works and of Konstam's role is not trivial. I have not listed the pamphlet or booklet Contract Bridge (first? EP Pub, 1958), several editions, because *some* library records specify "foreword by Kenneth Konstam", albeit specifying no author
[1][2] (apparently successful in Dutch transl. by HW Filarski).
Section
Kenneth Konstam#Publications (5) is now complete w ref what I understand to be all of the works by this Kenneth Konstam in LCCat (2) or WorldCat (5?).
