Bermicourt: the first ref used in the article says "Frischbier 1855" but the bibliography has no such work. There is a Frischbier 1865 though. Is that what was intended? Thanks —

Amakuru: yes, I think there was a discrepancy on Google books which I corrected in the bibliography, but missed in the text. I've changed the references now so they tally. Thanks for spotting that.
