Flower231:Wikipedia cannot use copyrighted works without express permission from the copyright owners. NIAID holds the rights to the image you’re suggesting to use. Per
WP:UPI, the copyright owner must send in the Declaration of Consent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, from an e-mail address that is clearly associated with the author/publisher, or providing proof of identity.
