I added a quote by Simon to section Finiteness of natural resources. It can be found in Special:PermanentLink/1122933103. The quote speaks for itself and needs no comment. The perceptive reader will know what to think, I hope. Dan Polansky ( talk) 18:36, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
The irony of this article is that in order to pronounce Simon's wrong argumentation to be wrong argumentation, we need reliable sources. But even that is not enough: We are not allowed to say in wiki voice that Simon spreads wrong argumentation but rather that critic C says so, turning the claim into a relative one. We would probably need to find a proponderance of sources to support the wrong argumentation claim, but it is much easier to find articles that praise Simon. What is one to conclude? Probably that W:cornucopianism is well and thriving, and that one needs to be "a madman or an economist" to believe these sorts of things. Dan Polansky ( talk) 20:50, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
