Judicial murder = execution carried out after a death sentence issued by an illegitimate court or for illegitimate reasons. Wrongful execution, on the other hand could be a mistake. All Judicial Murder's are wrongful executions. Not all wrongful executions are judicial murder. Thus, judicial murder is a subset of wrongful execution.
