That was probably true when it was written, but ... there is evidence that Joyce P. Jacobsen's tenure [her time] as President at
Hobart and William Smith Colleges has either already ended, or (at least) that its [foreseeable] conclusion has already been announced.
and then ... the 'body' of the message (or "announcement")
begins by saying that:
Dear Friends of the IOP,
I write to inform you of my decision to step down as Director of the Institute of Politics to return to
Hobart and William Smith Colleges to serve as President, following the recent resignation of their president.
I could not find any ["as of"] date on that iop.harvard.edu web page, ... the web page that contains that message (or "announcement"); however, it was 'July 28, 2022' [in my time zone] when I read it, so the information has apparently been public knowledge ... starting no later than 'July 28, 2022'.
