This candidate is challenging an incumbent of the same party in Louisiana. I think the material I provided was neutral, fact-oriented, and provides value. I ask that the article not be deleted.

Could we add the article back? Guillory is now Mayor-President of Lafayette and many former mayor-presidents all have articles. This is a significant position representing over 200,000 people in a mid-sized metro area.
