All done with that. We do need to provide more inline citations throughout the text. Most paragraphs have no citations at all. I also found some journal articles that will be useful, both with the Hilton affair and some biographical info. Ill get that incorporated over the next few days. nableezy -

I saw from some of the sources that I could access that they can source anything that doesnt have an inline citation, but I think we should be sourcing most statements inline.
WP:CITE says it is required for any material "likely to be challenged" and for all quotes. There were 2 quotes missing citations, fixed now. My preference is that we have an inline cite for each thought, not necessarily each sentence. nableezy -

I think you're missing the point -- the part where you do all the work. No matter. AFAIMC, the only things needing inline cites are controversial ideas. Obviously, the whole Hilton thing was controversial, but in its day -- not now. I'm not sure every thought needs a footnote. But willing to hear more.

Women rarely worked except in poverty stricken families and the fact that he could afford university meant they weren't poverty stricken but rather quite well off. Thus, i find the whole childhood story suspect. — Preceding

What did he do to go from 18 years old immigrant 1837 to financing the Civil War? There's a blank spot here. If it's so easy I'd like to know the details.
