I believe it was John Salathe and AX NELSON (rather than Steck) who made the first ascent of the Lost Arrow via the chimney. The second ascent by this route (if I remember correctly) was made by Harding, Tarver and Swift in 1954. Soon thereafter, Wilts, Wilson and Galwas made the third ascent.
