This page should not be speedily deleted because... This person is deemed important enough to be included in the official Dictionary of Welsh Biography and Bryan, Michael , Bryan's dictionary of painters and engravers. Also his works are part of the National Collections of Wales, at the National Museum of Wales and the
National Library of Wales and The
National Portrait Gallery (creative professionals point 4. part d)). I hope that's enough reason to keep, and hopefully the article will be expanded soon. Thanks! --
