Nugent's involvement in its creation, his use of the "lost" technique, combined with the controversy surrounding Macdonald statues and this one in particular, would seem to justify its own article. I'm upgrading this to Start, now that there are 4 refs and an infobox. I'll see what I can do in days to come.
