Since when we do have articles about minor county-level officials? Yes, he's been charged with lots of wrongdoing, but so have many other minor county-level officials throughout the history of the United States. Yes, his alleged activities have an an impact on a high-profile member of the U.S. House of Representatives, but that impact can be (and is) dealt with in the article about that member. This seems like a classic case of
WP:BLP1E,
WP:NOTNEWS, and
WP:RECENTISM to me. Ten years from now, what ends up happening to Gaetz as a result of this matter may still be of some significance, but this minor county-level official will not be.
