I went through and saw that a single citation was used 20+ times for events spanning years. This link is dead and archive.org has no screenshot of it. I removed all the instances of it. There were also instances where the citation wasn't dead, but didn't contain anything close to the assertion made in the previous sentence. I've left the underlying text for now, but it needs to be re-cited with citations that actually support the claims in the text, or deleted.
There were several instances of POV that I took out, but there may be more.

Representative Jeff Duncan just proved his ignorance of simple economics by suggesting that the US can lower world oil prices (for every nation in the world) by opening up to more US drilling. It's pretty simple logic that the US cannot control world oil prices alone. It may be able to influence prices but there's no switch that will lower fuel prices permanently without considering all the other factors including other economies. Jeff Duncan thinks he can save the world by throwing out capitalism and simple economics. if his logic helps America, he's also helping China and Iran and every other nation in the world get cheap oil.
