– We're using different titles for articles with similar scopes. Striving for consistency here. I think the "Japanese-American culture in X" format is most universal and allows articles to cover more than just history. It also follows our category structure
Category:Japanese-American culture. --

The articles each have different scope and coverage, so I won't make any recommendations about a uniform naming convention for all of them. But for some articles such as the Seattle one, I don't think removing history from the article title is the best option.—
