CLFinch19: I also very much appreciate the user's work! I love Hermann Park and am happy to see this! What would really help is having specific page numbers that say where the information is, and also personally keeping the scans of the relevant pages in case someone is interested in seeing them.

WhisperToMe: Thanks for the input, I went ahead and added pages to my citation, I will scan them before returning that book to the library. Would that be something i should post a link to in this talk page if i throw the scan in my google drive, or should it be kept private just in case someone asks? --

I don't think this article would be too difficult to get promoted to Good status. I'll try to do a bit of research to find some additional sources to add as citations. Right now the article has a decent amount of detail but only 2 sources. ---
