This is a
WP:CONTENTDISPUTE which should be handled using the dispute strategies listed there, rather than as a COI edit request. Needless to say, the prose used in the claims which are being removed leave a lot to be desired (e.g., "In 2004, in response to new charges, an Administrative Law Judge made a convoluted ruling that included both positive and negative findings").
