How about some pictures of some famous Italian Canadians like michael Buble and others
Just noticed there is a separate article Italian Canadian which is, more or less, the same thing. It has a separate Talk:Italian Canadian as well. I don't know how to do this, but shouldn't it be merged or redirected? Dionix ( talk) 16:51, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. I'll insert the one comment from
Talk:Italian Canadian here:
I didn't realize that as an "Italian Canadian" I was part of a separate Italian ethnic group. At least that's what the chart at the bottom would have me believe- In fact, there are a bunch of other "Italian" ethnic groups located everywhere from Corfu to Australia. Hmmm...

There are a few things in here that don't add up. I don't thing Lazio has been referred to as Latium in a few hundred years. Also, from how I understood it, you mention that Italian-Canadians never experienced internment during world war 2, when there is articles about Italian-Canadians being interred at Camp Petawawa at the same time the Japanese-Canadians were interred. Otherwise, a well written article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.91.130.18 ( talk) 13:30, 13 April 2012 (UTC)
add Jason Spezza to the pictures —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.105.236.224 ( talk) 11:26, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
Guy Lombardo is a prominent Italian-Canadian, could he be added to the list? He is a famous musician and broke the world speed record of a type of racing boat. Lombardo is included on Canada's Walk of Fame.-- R-41 ( talk) 16:45, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

@ Vaselineeeeeeee: I noticed that you recently removed the Faetar language as well as Faetano and Cellese Canadians from the infobox without an edit summary. Is there any particular reason why you did this? Arctic Circle System ( talk) 03:03, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
This entry mentions that the 1869 act discriminated against Italians, but reading that act I found no such mention in the text. Was there? There was only mention of people who were "Lunatic, Idiotic, Deaf and Dumb, Blind or Infirm". 2607:FEA8:9623:8600:3D02:E8EF:8064:A4BC ( talk) 15:25, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
