No footnotes

You keep removing the tag, {{no footnotes|date=October 2012}}. And when you do you cite the Manual of Style, can you cite something specific in the manual of style that prohibits the tag, and I will remove the tag myself. -- Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) ( talk) 13:32, 25 October 2012 (UTC) reply
