Why is it that there is only information on the iona prep football team. Surely more can be written. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.124.131.213 ( talk) 02:20, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
I think that this page should be locked from new or unregistered users, there have been a number of examples of baseless information being posted on this page as well as some completely ridiculous things.
- I agree with the above statement.
Why is the entire Controversy section repeatedly being removed when all that needs to be removed are the remarks being added to the end?
None of the controversy section is true, so it needs to be deleted repeatedly.
Image:IonaPrep.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I tagged the article with a myriad of problem templates, and I'm shocked nobody else has yet. The football sections in particular are way too long, and look like they were written by school personnel. However I believe that there's some information that can be salvaged from the paragraphs that are encyclopedic. It does look like it's written as an advertisement by school employees, and the article should be poured over and non neutral statements removed. In addition, there's an astronomically large tilt towards the school's football history, while everything else is barely covered at all. This should be improved. Acro X 02:03, 28 July 2009 (UTC)

Please change the name of the Principal.
I go to Iona Prep. The principal changed from last year and is now, again, Maureen Kiers.
The proof is right here:

Dont you think the "Tribute to ..." Sections should be renamed to something alittle less biased or perhaps removed altogether and instead merged into like a championship section? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.86.190.134 ( talk) 06:09, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
{{ edit semi-protected}} I am a student graduating this year and just wanted to point out some key updates that should be made. The President is now Brother Thomas R. Leto ( http://ionaprep.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=155504&type=u ) and the Admissions Director is Judy Musho ( http://ionaprep.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=63814&type=d&termREC_ID=&pREC_ID=278218&hideMenu=0 ). Thanks!
I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 ( talk) 04:25, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

I added a cleanup tag to the Athletics section. There are a number of recurrent problems associated with this section, as clearly evidenced by the edits history. It fails Wikipedia's quality standards for the presence of the following: buzzwords, hyperbole consistent with Wikipedia's story characteristics, and miscellanea that may qualify as overly detailed. The aggregate of these conditions contributes to a generally unencyclopedic tone. I will begin cleanup as best I can. Ergo Sum ( talk) 04:25, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
