You should arrange the platforms in their alphabetical order.
You can use a plainlist for the platform field, similar to Halo 4.
the characters are restricted to fighting within a two-dimensional space. - to fight, not fighting. It should be a bare infinitive after "to"
The game's story is set primarily within an alternate universe - Primarily, it means that some part of the game aren't set within it? And it is set in an alternate universe of what?
You should further expand the lead by adding more information about the reception of the game (Which aspects of the game were praised. How many copies it sold?)
Can you get a better screenshot than
File:Injustice screenshot.png. What the image shows is different from what the caption said, as least from the image I can't see how the game is played on a two-dimensional plane
Movement is restricted to a two-dimensional plane; however, the characters and backgrounds are rendered in a three-dimensional fashion - Need a source to support this statement
I am having a lot of trouble finding a source. The only thing I can remotely find (that is a reliable source) is a review from
Gamesradar briefly mentioning that the game is 2.5D. What should I do? Delete the statement?

The stages, based on locations such as the Batcave, Metropolis, and Fortress of Solitude, feature interactive environments and multiple areas. - What is the common points of these locations.
If a heavy attack is connected near a corner of the arena - Connect doesn't sound like the best word to use here.
Each section also contains objects that the characters can interact with differently depending on their class - Remove "the"
players will charge their characters' "super meters" through various actions - What is "super meter"? Any explanation on what it actually is?
Hmmm...I'm not sure what else to add here. The super meter is just a gauge that can be used to perform enhanced special attacks, counters, etc.; stuff that's already explained in the following sentence.

During battle, players will charge their characters' "super meters" through various actions, such as performing moves, blocking oncoming attacks, or getting hit by the opponent - Change the sentence to something like "During battles, the players' character's "super meter" changes when the players is performing moves, blocking oncoming attacks, or getting hit by the opponent.
Players may also expend meter to interrupt a combo - Add "their" before "meter"
The campaign of Injustice: Gods Among Us was written by NetherRealm Studios in collaboration with DC Comics' writers as a stand-alone story - "as a stand-alone story" is not necessary
The plot section is too long. It violates
WP:VGSCOPE#5
Several other characters from the DC Universe also appear as non-player characters, making cameo appearances - Any examples?
which had to be modified to suit fighting games. - Should not be written in passive voice
The comic section should be separated from the promotion section. Name the section "Related media" and put it in the bottom of the page.
Don't use brackets in the retail edition subsection
Multiplayer functionality was added to the iOS and Android versions in later updates - When the "later updates" was released?
That is a really good release section. I am impressed
the Xbox 360 version 82% and 81/100,[88][93] the PlayStation 3 version 81% and 78/100 - "and" should be added
The reception section is fine. However, the reception section should show whether the different aspects of the game is well-received or not instead of the reviewer's general impression on the game. Something like "The combat of the game is well-received. Game Informer called it "amazing" while IGN thought that it is not as good as Mortal Kombat". However, it is not compulsory. You may consider to rewrite the section if you plan on bring this to FA.
Remove CVG, EGM, GameTrailers and Joystiq from the review table.
Template:video game reviews should support the text, not to mirror Metacritic.
The awards the game received should be written in prose as well.
Couple of questions about this. I noticed that there wasn't a source for the IGN Best Fighting Game award, so I went to go look for one. The only thing I was able to find was this
link. Since it's labeled as a wiki, I know I'm not supposed to use it according to policy. However, it doesn't look like anyone can actually edit the page. So, I'm wondering whether I can use it...since I can't find any other sources. Also, should awards have their own subsection? Since it's only two sentences, I just integrated it into the first paragraph.

Remove the sequel section. A wikipedia article should not contain rumors.
Sources
I am not sure whether sources from Shoryuken, @Gamer, RipTen, The Realm of Mortal Kombat, Stevivor, TrendyGamers, SuperHeroHype, DLCentral
When it comes to coverage about fighting games, I think Shoryuken can count as a reliable source. The others, I agree, not so much. Will try to find replacements.

I have removed/replaced all the sources, except for TRMK. I wasn't able to find a suitable replacement for that.

Wrong citation format for source 25, 31. You are citing a website, not an event.
Sources from DC Comic, Injustice twitter and PlayStation Blog are primary sources. Consider replacing them if secondary sources are available. It is not compulsory since it is only a good article nomination instead of a featured article candidate.
Fill in the work and author fields for source 67, and the work field for 108 and 109.
Source 12 was used twice in the same sentence
Remove the sources from the release field of the infobox, as they are already used in the release section.
It is definitely one of the best articles I have reviewed. However, there is problems with the plot section, the reception section (awards), the sources and the images. If the issues I mentioned above, I will pass this. Good luck
