Please clarify. Until some 10 years ago the 0.7 eV value was sort of unknown, and everyone used 1.97 eV. This change was a mini-revolution for this material. Materialscientist ( talk) 02:56, 5 April 2011 (UTC) reply

Indeed it was a revolution. One of the latest papers about this I know is this: http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs12043-012-0294-5. Therein, articles (from Phys. Stat. Sol. B, Appl. Phys.
