If you notice, the infoboxes keep the rules as you note. E.g. "Il pulcino Pio", "Le poussin Piou", "Het kuikentje Piep" etc. However naming of titles of song forced us to use capitalization for the middle "pulcino"

Need for new page on Pulcino Pio as a character / performer
Our Wikipedia article is specifically about the song / single. But as now the character Pio is also releasing other tunes, is it appropriate to open a new page on the character / performer or would that be too much? E.g. The French have now released Piou Piou Dance Party 2013 with only one track being directly related to the song, whereas it adds interpretations to more than 20 other songs as well, which would probably be served better with a page on the character itself.
