Per my edit summary a bit over a week ago, reiterating now for further reference since it doesn't seem likely to be addressed any time soon, the cited sources are unclear on whether Ikkjutt Jammu is a political party or a social group. Cited sources state things like After months of speculations in public domain, social organisation ‘Ikkjutt Jammu’ today took the political plunge with announcement of creation of political party with the same name (

Ikkjutt Jammu is the former name of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal which is a political party:
