I liked the article, but the only little problem I noticed was the part saying that Bob of 91 was the strongest and most devastating storm of 1991. The devastation part is correct (not counting the Perfect Storm's damage as damage by a tropical system), but if you're talking about strength as in mbar and wind speeds, Hurricane Claudette was the most intense that year.

There are a lot of grammar problems like "The day after, convection increased and was declared a tropical depression on the 9th." I think the contractions are all gone, but I'm not sure.
