It looks pretty good, but there are a few issues. First, when you say On July 19, the disturbance quickly strengthened into a 50 mph (80 km/h) tropical storm around 12 a.m. and was named Anna by the National Hurricane Center. what time zone is 12 a.m.? is it UTC, EST?
