Support. This article discusses several unrelated rivers which happen to have the same (or similar) names. This is exactly why we have disambiguation.

Support. I think this is almost already done, if you search for Huron River, you get a disambig, but this page is not done well and the formatting is different than any other page I've ever seen on Wiki.

I went ahead and completed the split into
Huron River (northern Michigan) and
Little Huron River, and added some content. I don't anticipate any controversy for the reasons above. All three still need more content, some cleanup, and maybe some citations, but they're all better IMO. I'm also considering whether to rename the current article, either to add a "(southeast Michigan)" qualifier, or to make it the main article and rename the current disambiguation page to "Huron River {disambig)". I'll hold off though to keep everything traceable for now. I'm also not sure if either is a good enough idea to be worth doing. Opinions?

Map
I think this article would benefit greatly from a map of the watershed.
Here's one that could be used as a starting point toward creating a free version. (Sorry, I have no knowledge of how to do this, so I'm just making the suggestion.) Thanks,

Missing word in text
In the article text there is a passage which says "...maintain water levels in existing, a use that is now ..." There is a word missing there, but I don't know what it is in order to correct it. Dwight Burdette 18:10, 15 May 2010 (UTC) —Preceding
