The closest thing I could find was the
California Department of Education STAR (
Standardized Testing and Reporting) program.

1 January2006 in a rather chatty, and not very encyclopedic addition to the article

I also did a Google site search on the LBUSD website, which didn't come up with anything, although there still might be info hidden away in the Hughes website.
