Article has been 5x'd recently. Generally well-referenced, no copyvio detected by Earwig - not the biggest fan of the "House hearing" blocks of quotes, but that's not a DYK policy. QPQ not needed for nominator's 3rd DYK. Hook is interesting enough, so good to go.
