Title
The official title is unmistakably Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni, so I don't intend to have that changed. However, the title includes an English subtitle that reads "The Unforgiving Flowers Blossom in the Dead of Night" which, while not quite as accurate-sounding as "On the Night the Red Spider Lily Blooms," does seem to be an official, rough translation. I was thinking of maybe incorporating the phrase into the article somehow, though I don't know how or if it should be done. --

I can think of the example of
Hantsuki were a subtitle was included in the lead. I know there are similar examples, though I can't think of them right now.--十八20:30, 10 July 2011 (UTC)reply
Chapter titles?
I have this gut feeling that there will come a time when someone would want to add the titles and mini-summaries of each short story in a vein similar to the Higurashi and Umineko articles, and maybe even create a character sheet. Personally, I think that doing so would probably clutter the page if the number of short stories per release remains consistent. However, considering that only one game has been released as of today, I am more in favor of waiting until after more games (if not the next game) are released to make a decision. --

When more games are released, and a "List Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni video games" list is created, we could list the short story titles there. As far as summaries go, I agree that omitting them may be the way to go in the long run, unless we could figure out how to do it in a concise manner in the future video game list.--十八20:36, 24 August 2011 (UTC)reply
Maybe we could just allude to what happens in a character list, if one is ever made. However, some people do tend to get out of hand with the details in character lists, and they end up seeming generally unorganized and inconsistent. If there are any articles that need extra care nowadays, they're character lists. So I'm a bit iffy on that idea.
Also, I was wondering about whether or not to add "
Drama" to the list of genres for Higanbana, though I've been steering clear of actually doing that. Sure, the story depicts instances of physical and mental abuse on children (whose ages I'm really unsure of), kind of like Higurashi and Umineko. However, the word "drama" as a genre seems to get tossed around a lot, kind of like, "if it's not primarily comedic, then it must be dramatic." So that's another issue I've been overthinking. --
