A new rating of the article was asked for, but I will not raise it to "B". This is no where near to what a B rating would be, and nothing is cited. So, I will keep the rating as "Start". This school does not have any notability, nor does it assert any. Rather than just merge it myself (and subsequently probably get it undone), I would like to discuss whether or not it meets the general notability guideline.
