I cannot find any reference whatsoever that Hellmuth Reinhard was a leader at the Zentralstelle für judische Auswanderung in the Netherlands at any time. The German wiki article on the [
für jüdische Auswanderung] lists only Zöpf and von Fünten as leaders. I cannot find any other reference.
I also cannot find any SD-Hauptamt (main department) called "Staat und Partei". All relevant leaders and Hauptamt departments are listed (with references) on the German [
[1]] page.
