OpposeHeinrich Petersen (SS officer) → Heinrich Petersen, supportHeinrich Petersen → Heinrich Petersen (naval officer). A factor of two is borderline. There seems to be no primary meaning, so the primary should either be or point to the DAB.

Highest rank achieved was SS-colonel & briefly commanded an SS division in the last month of the war, but by that time it hardly qualified as "significant body of troops in battle" as the units were being destroyed, disintegrating or fleeing west.
