Although I understand the reasoning behind the recent changes and I do agree with them. It would have been nice to see a discussion on the subject matter first. Dumaka ( talk) 20:11, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
These two articles are almost exactly the same: Health administration and health systems management. I think they should be merged. Health administration seems the more common term, at least with a quick google search, but I don't have a strong opinion either way.-- Karl.brown ( talk) 16:43, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
What a nuisance with all the merger proposals. The real mess with health systems is the dominance of the understanding that administration is equal to management. It is not and wll never be. The fact is that all administration appears as a burden and all management should enhance services. A better segregation of contents for two topics as existing would be appreciated, but please do not merge to save titles. Merging is no approach to improve quality and to enhance transparency. I have completed the merger and hope this article continues to improve in the future. LT90001 ( talk) 08:22, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
This article appears to assume that Health administration only happens in the USA. Rathfelder ( talk) 19:29, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
I can only agree with the bias concern. Major European and other important associations are missing here. Will try to update it in due course. . Marolt ( talk) 19:47, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
I added the Hospital articles template because this is the only article that talks about hospital administrators, which is included in the template. No big deal. I just thought it made sense for completeness. WP:HOS -- Talk to G Moore 14:58, 26 December 2020 (UTC)
