actually, as reviewing administrator, I think you intend to donate the material to Wikipedia, which you certain can do: you must explicitly license the rights to the material according to our licensing using the CC-BY-SA and the GNU licenses, as explained in
WP:COPYRIGHT and
WP:Donating copyrighted materials ; these give everyone in the world an irrevocable license to reuse and alter the material, even for commercial purposes. The license must either be placed on the page being copied, not just on this page, or sent to Wikipedia in hte form specified there. However, even so, the tone is not be encyclopedic and the material needs substantial editing, which I have started. I advise you to examine other academic biographies, and improve this article very quickly, before the article gets deleted by a regular deletion process. And send in that license, because some of the text may be the same. If you have a photo that you own, you might want to license that also and upload it. DGG (

Just a note that permission was received at OTRS (see link above). As DGG it is still likely better to use that as a source and work it into the article but it is now available for anyone interested to do so. :) James (
