As @ MeadeIndeed chose to revert my edit changing capitalization as per MOS:PEOPLETITLES, I am seeking input from other editors. ~ T P W 13:58, 29 July 2023 (UTC) reply

I do not believe that MOS:PEOPLETITLES apply here as it's about a town and not a person/persons as the title "Titles of people" of the page implies, @ True Pagan Warrior. Which is why I reverted the edit in question. MeadeIndeed ( talk) 20:08, 29 July 2023 (UTC) reply
