Kidnapping of Şehzade Halil → Şehzade Halil – The subject of this article is Şehzade Halil, not his kidnapping. That is evident from the layout of the article, which is structured exactly as a biography. The infobox is biographical too, as is the content. Even if that was not the original intention, I do not see why it shouldn't be a biography; Halil was evidently notable.
