I think this article should be redirected to and merged with
hydrogen line. It's already covered there much better than in this stub. About the only reason for keeping it might be a high probability of internal linking (redirect would seem sufficient in this case) or interwiki links (none here now).

I do agree that the two articles might be better off merged but I would think that if anything, the information on
hydrogen line should go to this page and those clicking on that should be redirected here.

Nonsense. This is badly named anyway. Why does it have the letter "I" in the title, if it is "pronounced aitch one"? It should actually be H1 region, shouldn't it?

It's not badly named because that's how it's referred to in journals and whatnot. How much sense its name makes is irrelevant, otherwise we'd start calling
unbirthdays nonbirthdays. How is my idea nonsense?
