To my best understanding, HOYO-MiX is both a musical group and a musical studio. And the main reason why this falls under
WikiProject Musicians is, that they release songs under one single label "HOYO-MiX." This fits the "
musical ensembles/
bands" criterion of WikiProject Musicians. Their official Chinese introduction line is also along these lines: HOYO-MiX是米哈游(miHoYo)旗下的原创音乐团队。 (HOYO-MiX is a musical group of original [music composition] under miHoYo.)
The Biography WikiProject concerns the creation, development, and organization of Wikipedia's articles about persons (including but not limited to biographies). It includes only articles about individual persons, not about an organization or group or association, unless a substantial section of the article is a biography of a person related to that organization or group. It includes biographies of only real humans; thus, the project does not cover other animals or fictitious persons (such as pseudonyms) or fictional characters.
It implies that the majority of the content pertains to the biography, but I observed that approximately 80% of the HOYO-MIX's content focuses on the studio.
You need to focus on the topic. What we are talking about is WikiProject Musicians, which clearly defines themselves a project that accepts musical ensembles. The scope of WikiProject Biography is not related to this discussion. (Unless you are unsatisfactory with the scope of WikiProject Musicians; in that case, you'll have to ask them for clarification instead.)
For the "where is it" question, it seems that you are not using searching engines wisely, or you are just too lazy to do so. A simple Google would lead you to one interview of HOYO-MiX:
米哈游设计分享:我们如何创作出紧抓玩家感官的内容 which clearly states the sentence that I quoted "各位好,我是米哈游旗下原创音乐团队HOYO-MiX的一员." Similar results can be found everywhere, if you did search with the sentence.

It's been a week since you made the proposed changes. I'm going to go ahead and put the previous version back for now. But please, if there's anything unclear or if you'd like to discuss the changes more, I'm all ears.

Time to convert "Discography" section to tables
For anyone interested in improving this page, you can help by converting "Discography" section into tables. More info can be found on VGMDB and streaming platforms, e.g. composers, arrangers, and lyricists.

@
FanGuy63: I don't wanna discourage you, so I won't revert your edits on La vaguelette again. The point is, that there are five singles named La vaguelette, each by one singer (instead of one single by five singers). So merging five list entries into one makes no sense.
Still, you may feel duplication to be not visually pleasing (me either). I suggest you help me convert the lists to tables. That way, the duplicates would be visually less jarring, and we can put more fields to the table, including composers etc.

The
MOS:STRAIGHT only says that quotation marks in some other forms (accent marks, backticks, low-high, and guillemet) are better to be preserved when being internal to quoted non-English text. The curly quotation marks used in Chinese text are untouched, so I'm not sure what is preferred. Still, these quotation marks in Chinese text are better to be preserved, in my opinion, since they are formally and commonly used (and convenient to type via a Chinese keyboard), unlike in English where curly quotes are hard to type unless via a typography software (e.g. MS Word).
