Thinking of adding a bit to the "Culture" section about English
For some reason, likely related to its class-conscious status as one of the most prosperous muncipalities, Guaynabo has an odd tendency to use English in public works. For example, the alcaldía is called City Hall, the Plaza Central is called the "Boardwalk," city offices are named in English (Office of Planning, Flight Museum, etc.) cop cars are liveried in English, stop signs and street signs are usually in English, even the municipality itself is officially called "Guaynabo City" and not Municipio de Guaynabo. I can run out and take photos of a lot of these quirks to illustrate. Does anyone think this is worth mentioning?
